About us
We are a law firm and an insolvency administrator's office. Our journey began in 2007 and since then we have been dedicated to our clients in all areas they need. Mgr. Ing. Ivona Miechová is also an insolvency administrator and specialist in insolvency law.

Main fields of legal services

Business law and the law of business corporations
We deal comprehensively with all areas of commercial law, from the establishment of business corporations to the recovery of clients' receivables.
A specific area of legal services is the legal regulation of law according to the Payment System Act. We provide services for payment institutions and credit unions.

Insolvency law
We are professionals in the field of insolvency law. We have many years of experience in the practice of an insolvency administrator and in representing clients in insolvency proceedings. We help our clients solve the bankruptcy of their own or the bankruptcy of their debtors and provide them with a complete legal service, including the filing of an insolvency petition.

Real estate and housing law
Our clients include companies engaged in comprehensive building management, including apartment buildings. Thanks to this, we have extensive experience with real estate transfers, their lease and rental, as well as construction management. We provide comprehensive legal services to associations of unit owners and housing cooperatives, or professional chairmen of SVJ.

Labor law
We provide employment law advice to both employers, both in terms of solving specific problems and the preparation of internal regulations and other documents for employers. We also provide counseling for employees, especially with regard to termination of employment.
