This activity usually includes the administration of the claim consisting of a detailed legal analysis, negotiations with the debtor, mediation, representation in court proceedings up to the subsequent recovery of the claim.

Preparation, processing and drafting of contracts and other legal documents, including evaluation and recommendation of the most appropriate ways to ensure the legal relationship.
Payment institutions
We have been providing legal services for clients in the area of payment services for a long time. We have experience with comprehensive legislation pursuant to Act No. 370/2017 Coll., On Payment Systems, including successful licensing proceedings and negotiations with the Czech National Bank.
We also provide legal advice to credit unions and payment institutions.
